Yes, within the statutory withdrawal period you can return your lampshade, except for custom-made products.

Each lampshade is custom-made for you. Returns mean additional costs and unpaid work time for a small handmade business. These can be avoided with fabric samples.

Your lampshade will be packed safely and securely so that it arrives undamaged, even with larger diameters.

By default, all lampshades are suitable for E27 sockets. Upon request, you can receive an E14 adapter free of charge.

Since each lampshade is custom-made, production usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipping follows thereafter.

The lampshades are delivered within Germany and the EU.
