Products are shipped within Germany and the EU. Shipping is handled via DHL, and the processing time is typically 3–5 business days.

Shipping within the EU: €17.00 – Delivery time approx. 7 business days

Shipping Restrictions

I ship only within the EU.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your order at any time.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Should your package arrive in a damaged condition or get lost in transit, please contact me immediately at info@shwasy.de.

Damaged Goods: Please send me photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please contact me. We will check the status with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement shipment or a refund.

Returns & Complaints

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Please contact me in advance at info@shwasy.de to initiate a return.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
